Tour a model unit with the specifications of bedrooms requested by you. Because of the limited type of units this process will be “first come first serve”. You will be able to secure a unit while under construction with a minimum deposit.
The lease agreement is signed and presents all required paperwork. As well as the security deposit and 1st month’s rent. Going over all of our policies and regulations. Then you will be handed the keys to your apartment.
